To verify that our healthcare providers are compatible with your specific insurance plan, we encourage you to call our office. For your ease, our cordial staff members will be more than happy to handle your insurance claim and assist you in understanding the patient benefits as estimated by your insurance provider. It’s important to remember that the co-payment associated with your insurance will be required at the time of the appointment. We would appreciate it if you could arrange to pay this amount. Our office is equipped to receive cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For those without insurance, our office is open to self-pay patients, and we can often provide a discount.
